While the investigation into Frank’s crime-stained path to the Oval Office was a running theme, and one that fittingly linked the action of the first three seasons to the present, the lack of a single, more cohesive narrative arc was a bit of a problem for “House of Cards.” But it still didn’t prevent the show from delivering some quality binge-watching. Frank Underwood season then Part 2 (Episodes 7 through 10), the “Can the Underwoods get the nomination?” season and finally Part 3, which focused largely on the ICO hostage situation.
